heyJ is a 19 year-old singer-songwriter born and raised in New Orleans. She has been writing, singing, playing instruments, and performing ever since she was six years old. Through her music, she paints a picture that can be interpreted in many ways. Her music is empowering for all listeners. heyJ's music consists of one cup of jazzy-pop, a teaspoon of mellow vibes, and a pinch of heartbreak.
